The fourth edition of FOOD ZURICH will take place from 16 to 26 May. For eleven days, the festival will put the spotlight on the culinary diversity of the Limmat city with a network of over 100 events. This time under the motto "PAIRING" for the "Stadtgerichte" and with a new festival center in the middle of the city.
In order to increase the anticipation, our chef Daniel Käser has already dedicated himself to the "pairing" of meadow and forest and created the following unique meadow and forest appetizer:
Lukewarm pea flan with shallots and fresh morels
